According to TSN.ca, referee Mike Leggo who did such an craptastic outstanding job in the Buffalo/Islanders series has not been selected for the second round of the NHL playoffs. Fore!

Also dropped from the first round rotation was veteran Mick McGeough, who worked the Stanley Cup final last year, along with Eric Furlatt, Mike Hasenfratz, Mike Leggo, Wes McCauley, Dan O’Rourke and Tim Peel.

1) One round too late Isles fans. An admission from the league? Perhaps they’re afraid that one of their favourite teams(Rangers)will get shafted ? LOL

the conspiracy theory gets more realistic everyday. i wonder if leggo will be doing games in bridgeport next year.
