Islanders Launch NEW NewYorkIslanders.com

In preparation for Friday’s NHL Entry Draft and in accordance with the NHL’s new mandate for all clubs to have a consistent website design, the Islanders have launched the new NewYorkIslanders.com website.
We’re excited to introduce you to the new, re-modeled and easy-to-navigate website of your New York Islanders. Every feature from the old website has been carried over to the new site along with plenty of new ones.
Get caught up on not only the most recent Islanders news, but also the most up-to-date NHL news right on the front page. The re-designed front page also gives you quick and easy access to the Islanders’ statistical leaders along with the standings and schedule.
Looking deeper into the site, under the “Stats” heading you can find the historical records of not just current Islanders, but past Islanders greats as well. The “Stats” section is complete with the most extensive Islanders stats found on the web. Another new feature to the website are the Game Day and Ice Girl photo galleries, located under the multimedia section.
And coming soon will be new features such as the NYI BLOG BOX, Fantasy ISLANDers and our photo blog, Island Snapshots.
These are just a few of the improvements to newyorkislanders.com. With more content than ever, the new Islanders site will continue to be one of the most popular in all of hockey. We hope you enjoy it!
