NHL Network Rules!

January 17th, 2008 by murph

So I already mentioned how I watch their On The Fly recap show every morning now. I turn on the TV to watch something else tonight and it’s still on the NHL Network…just in time to catch the replay of all 12 rounds of the Washington/Edmonton shootout. It was awesome. One of Washington’s 4th liners scored the only goal in the 12th round. Souray went last for Edmonton and just wound up and fired on Kolzig, who made the stop for the win. Brashear even got sent out there for Washington in the ninth inning round, he actually fared better than a couple of Edmonton’s players - one snapped his stick and another stumbled mid-breakaway.

nhl network does not rule. I had to pay extra 4 dollars to sign up for it and then cancel it immediately after the islander game the other day. What a rip off 7.99 a month to watch the islanders play on that channel twice a year. Oh yeah they bundle it with a bunch of crappy channels you won’t watch. Isn’t paying 160 dollars enough to get every isles game?

Sorry to hear that Healy35 - I’m the last person to defend Time Warner Cable, but this is one of the few situations where I’m actually happy with them. I started getting the NHL Network (for free, or as part of some other package I already had) about a month ago, and just this week they added NHL Network HD.
